i have recently checked my blood sugar level and found 208 mg/dl in empty stomach ( after 12 Hrs fasting )
Please advice to proceed further ... what is my level & condition
is it possible to control my Blood sugar level
Now i am 29 years old ....

Hi There:

First of all, if you think you might have diabetes, be sure to talk with a doctor right away, we do not give medical advice.

We have lots of resources for you if you want to try to reduce your blood sugar without medication, but that assumes that your pancreas is still producing insulin, which only your doctor can tell you.
