Effective weight loss tips

Some effective and natural weight loss tips are
Avoid all fat foods, most animal based foods (meat, dairy) and all fast foods.
Choose a low carb, low glycemic index diet
Eat mostly raw vegetables and a few fresh fruits
Drink plenty of water in a day
Make regular exercise plan.

Here is some more information about weight loss with 19 tips for losing weight and 3 scientifically proven tips for losing weight. The latter article mentions methods that have really been proven in studies to work. In addition, there is an article about an actual case study of someone who effectively lost weight with a low glycemic index, low carb diet.

These are really good tips! The best way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more.

Yeah you have suggested very good tips, but I also want to add one more tip is liposuction. One can go for it.
