I was going through the glycemic index on your website with my wife to modify
our diet with an eye toward reducing sugar intake.

All went well until we got to the part on Grains. I was floored to see that Whole Grain Bread, a constantly recommended item in a healthy diet rather than "white flour" products, was at 72. White bread is only 69.
Am I misreading this chart? What happened to the advice to eat Whole grain
products for a healthy diet? Could there be an error in the chart?
